Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

RemodelFin provides software tools for contractors to manage their operations, estimates, jobs, invoices, and related business functions. We provide the software infrastructure only and do not guarantee any specific business outcomes.

RemodelFin is operated by Kaaviya Sivakumar, founder and lead engineer. We do not process, hold, manage, or mediate customer funds directly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business-to-business (B2B) use by contractors and related professionals globally.

3. Subscription & Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid monthly subscription:

• All payments are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis, in advance.
• We do not offer annual plans at this time.
• RemodelFin does not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card information.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a 7-day free trial to new users. If applicable, your card will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.

Generally, we offer a 7-day refund window for the first subscription purchase only. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

6. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree that all data, estimates, and customer information you input into the Service is accurate and legally obtained.

7. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all business data you input into the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your customer data, estimates, or job details.

The RemodelFin platform remains the exclusive intellectual property of RemodelFin. You are granted a limited license to use the platform while your subscription is active.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemodelFin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or abuse our support staff.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction where the sole proprietor is legally registered.
