Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start. You get full access to all features corresponding to your chosen plan tier during the trial period. Starter trial users can manage up to 5 active projects; Growth trial users can manage up to 20 projects, use payroll syncing, and SOV progress billing; and Pro trial users have unlimited projects, unlimited users, and advanced analytics. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any point during or after your trial.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; we have no annual contracts and all subscriptions are billed monthly in USD. Once cancelled, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We offer a straightforward 14-day refund window on all charges — including renewals. If you request a refund within 14 days of any charge, you are eligible for a full refund processed back to your original payment method. We do not offer partial refunds or account credits for unused time if you cancel outside of this 14-day window.

Is there a setup fee?

What happens to my data if I cancel?

What is a Schedule of Values (SOV)?

The Schedule of Values module (Growth and Pro) lets you structure progress billing across project milestones — standard AIA-style draw requests. It ties directly to your job's financial snapshot so you can track what's billed vs. what's earned in real time.

Who can create and approve estimates?

Owners, admins, and managers can create estimates and send them for client approval. Clients receive a unique link to review and approve proposals online — no login required on their end.
