We want you to be confident in your decision to use RemodelFin. Here is our straightforward refund policy.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day refund window for all subscription purchases. If you purchase a subscription and decide the software does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any charge, including renewals.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in USD. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for upcoming months.
3. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds or account credits for unused time if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle outside of the 14-day window. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period.
4. Processing
Refund requests must be submitted directly to our support email address: [email protected]. All requests will be processed promptly. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
