How it Works
Connect Once, as the Account Owner
In RemodelFin, open Integrations and click Connect QuickBooks. You sign in on Intuit's own page and approve access — RemodelFin never sees your QuickBooks password. Pick the Product/Service item your invoice lines should book to, and optionally map your sales tax codes.
Clients Become QuickBooks Customers
Every RemodelFin client is created as a Customer in QuickBooks Online, or matched to an existing Customer with the same name, so invoices land on the right account.
Invoices Sync Line by Line
Invoices you create in RemodelFin — including progress and draw invoices — appear in QuickBooks Online with the same invoice number, due date, and each line item kept as its own line.
Payments Apply to the Right Invoice
When you record a client payment in RemodelFin, it posts to QuickBooks as a Payment linked to its invoice, so your receivables in QuickBooks show what's actually been collected.
